Commercial Non-Exclusive License Agreement

This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between LittleBoglin (“Licensor”) and the individual or entity (“Licensee”) who has verified ownership of at least 1 Million $BOG tokens at the time of licensing.

1. Grant of License

The Licensor hereby grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, commercial license to use the musical composition identified above (the “Beat”) in their own original projects, including songs, videos, podcasts, films, or digital content.

2. Ownership and Restrictions

  • The Licensor retains full ownership and copyright of the Beat.
  • The Licensee may not resell, re-license, distribute, or make the Beat available as standalone content.
  • This license cannot be transferred or sublicensed.

3. Payment & Verification

The License is granted upon verification that the Licensee holds at least 1 Million $BOG tokens in their Solana wallet at the time of purchase or verification.
Token ownership is only required at the time of licensing; subsequent sales of tokens do not void the license.

4. Credit

Licensee must credit the producer as:
“Produced by LittleBoglin”
in all public releases or commercial uses.

5. Liability

The Beat is provided “as is” without warranties. Licensor is not liable for any claims or damages arising from its use.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the United States.
